We primarily know what banks look for and what they want and what they don’t want when looking at approving and funding a small business loan. We assist businesses with the following:
- Specialize in matching business owners up with the right financing to start, grow, operate and sustain their business. We work with banks and lending institutions to help with the following. We work with their decline loan files and work with their client to get the loan approved with.
- Educate small to medium sized businesses on what banks are looking for through our monthly workshops. We help business owners put together their loan packages and make it easy by holding their hand and telling them exactly what is needed from the lending institution to get their loan approved.
- Partner with the local district office of the SBA and Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and have access to all these resources for our clients. We have a real conversation with the business owner to extract the pertinent logical information needed and can very quickly determine where they can get financing and then make the referral.
